We warrant that:

• We will use industry-standard practices and technologies

However, we do not guarantee:

• Specific results from SEO or marketing services (results vary based on many factors)
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Compatibility with all devices, browsers, or third-party services

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement:

• With written notice as specified in the service agreement
• Immediately if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy it within a reasonable time
• Immediately if either party becomes insolvent or enters into administration

Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Confidentiality

We agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information you share with us, except where disclosure is required by law or with your consent. You agree to keep confidential any proprietary methodologies or processes we share with you.
